Bridgestone FEA Automation Platform (Until Aug 2025)

• Developed a full-stack web application to automate pre- and post-processing workflows for Finite Element Analysis (FEA) in ABAQUS, working within an international Agile team.
• Implemented parametric and automated ABAQUS input file generation.
• Delivered key workflows, including: reduced-order tire model generation for NVH analyses and an optimization workflow for the identification of friction parameters, based on experimental data.

Manufacturing Simulation Implementation (Aug 2025 - Present)

• Implementing dynamic, explicit manufacturing simulations in ABAQUS for tire production processes, integrated into the same web-based FEA automation platform developed in the previous phase.
• Developing automated workflows for meshing, model definition, and load case setup.

• Collaborated as an independent contractor on the development of a full-stack web application for the design and dynamic analysis of Tuned Mass Dampers (TMDs) for buildings.
• Developed the backend in Python with FastAPI, and the frontend in React, using MongoDB as the database.
• Integrated MSC Adams APIs to generate parametric TMD models and perform dynamic simulations for structural response assessment.

• Conducted non-linear thermo-structural finite element analyses in MSC Marc for Avio SpA.
• Software customization and development of tools for MSC Apex using Python and MSC Marc subroutines using Fortran.
• Analyzed and predicted the behavior of composite materials and foams using Hexagon software.
• Performed topological optimization.
• Provided technical support to clients.
• Work distribution: 50% on-site at Avio SpA. 50% on-site at Hexagon for other clients.
