I’ve managed an R&D team; the most important achievement was the design & development of new family of Devices based on the integration of semiconductor and liquid crystal technologies. Particularly my most important responsibilities were:
· DEVELOPMENT of NEW PRODUCTs with the target of transferring manufacturing&testing processes in the internal mass production facility;
· MANAGING AN R&D GROUP of 17 researchers organized in 3 main workstreams: Design, Process Development and Testing.
· MANAGING OF BUDGET granted for new product development;
· PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES that brought to the several patents issuance;
These activities allowed obtaining a prize for Industrial Innovation (Premio AIRI 2007). CNR (Rome) 9 May 2008.
I was member of a DESIGN team for innovative Opto-Electronic devices. During this period I gained an important professional and human experience in a start-up organization.
My first professional experience was in a Spin-Off of Pirelli Cavi. During this period I was involved in the development of ASSEMBLING PROCESS of telecom devices with high technological content. This activity produced several papers and patents.
