My role is to maintain a robust network infrastructure to ensure efficient communication among hospital departments and critical systems. I implement advanced security measures to protect sensitive patient data, prevent intrusions, and safeguard against cyber attacks.

I continuously monitor networks and systems using Fortinet firewalls and other monitoring devices to promptly detect potential security threats and take corrective actions. I ensure that cybersecurity practices comply with healthcare industry regulations and standards as per departmental rules.

I collaborate in planning and executing drills to prepare and respond promptly to any security breaches. Additionally, I provide technical support to resolve network and security issues, ensuring a secure computing environment for medical staff and patients.

The primary objective is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, contributing to delivering high-quality care in a secure environment.

Install and maintain LAN, WAN, network segments and Internet operations.

Install and maintain various applications, including hardware and software Monitor network efficiency and maintain effective security measures.

Troubleshooting to resolve issues impacting the customer I manage.

I manage, protect and update all fortinet firewalls in the client's possession, monitoring flows from the bandwidth and entering policies for opening and closing flows.

Supporting activities for the construction of the active fixed network and national backbone configuration

Technical documentation control, archiving and monitoring of field activities

Planning, control and supervision of management/operational aspects relating to the implementation of FWA/PCN sites

Enabled to use the PNI application for FTTH circuit data alignment

Monitoring Onfield technical work at customer sites and fulfilment of orders

Supporting commercial operators for the activation and implementation of the FTTH circuit at customer premises

I work on-site, often supporting account activities.

I handle customer management by taking care of order entry and the preparation of commercial offers.

I independently manage the consultation portal called KM within the entry portal, & ARCADIA.

I am qualified to use the SPARK practice reporting portal for the purpose of remediation and resolution.

I am in charge of making phone calls to various contacts, for different purposes: telemarketing (offers and promotions), teleselling (sales, cross-selling and upselling), making appointments with sales staff (lead generation), doing market research and opinion polls.
