As air traffic controller at MILANO ACC, operating with the following rating/endorsment APS/TCL - ACS/TCL - ACS, my task is to manage approach sequences and departures to and from LIMC LIML LIME airports, GND to FL 195.

We use trombons at LIMC, open radar vectoring at LIML and PMS at LIME. I also work as a terminal area radar controller, managing flights from FL195 To FL 300. I have been OJTI from 2015 to 2021.

The complexity of the area stems from the height of the mountains (restrictive radar minimums), the number of international airports within and nearby it, the size (a diameter of about 160 NM), and the traffic's volume (about 3500 daily movements in summer)

• Patrolled assigned areas to prevent and detect roadway crimes.
• Responded immediately to reports of automobile accidents and criminal activity, calling for additional support as necessary.
