I joined Gruppo MOL with brand new and challenging perspectives. Actually on a daily basis, I follow the operations of three different IT development teams (12 developers) in the group's European offices, contributing to take technological choices on multiple projects at the same time and prioritizing workload. Using tools like AzureDevOps Board I manage all the CI pipeline and software lifecycle following a Kanban model. I am responsible for the delivery planning and I am head of deployment in production that I organize by acting as a collector between the different teams of operations, tech analysts, system engineers, reporting directly to the deputy CEO.

subscription together with organization's products. It is based on MVVM software design pattern and WPF controls and components. It's having successful feedbacks from customers. Currently I am developing a desktop application to be used with measurement equipment system to add GPS, speed of vehicle data and give many innovative reporting features; at this stage we are delivering beta version of product to a group of selected customers and we have already pre-sold licenses for 2022. I developed in the years many analysis software tool for company customers. I also trained them in
the use of light measurement software analysis (Techno Team GMBH). I have been their landmark for what concern software modules
customization and application in the measurement of light (some particular application are: automotive field, street analysis, interior design).
