After a few years, Omgroup Spa was acquired by Meglioquesto Spa, and at the same time, I had the opportunity to grow within the company and manage my own team of 4-5 promoters.
I was responsible for the company's comprehensive onboarding:
Recruiting new staff, product and sales training, creating work schedules, and achieving individual and team goals.
I had the opportunity to work at both Turin Caselle Airport and Milan Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport; it was a phenomenal experience.

We had our own American Express-branded stand and were responsible for finding new potential customers and providing
assistance to existing customers, such as how to activate the Priority Pass, block a card, request a new one, change the PIN, or activate special insurance policies in case of travel disruptions.

In this company, I honed my sales skills.
I worked for UNHCR, Save the Children, Telethon, and other nonprofit organizations, aiming to attract new supporters for their causes.
