• banking law, with particular reference to disputes on the subject of reporting to centralised risk detection systems (both public and private) and, in this context, on Circular no. 139/1991 and D. Lgs. 507/1999 and information obligations incumbent on the bank;
• insurance law, on behalf of a major insurance company, with particular reference to disputes in the motor TPL segment;
• bankruptcy law, also with experience in working directly with the role of bankruptcy receiver.

Activities as delegate to the sale and judicial custodian.

Activities as a credit analyst for a leading company in alternative asset management, credit servicing and specialised real estate services. In particular, activities of:

• due diligence;
• identification of the best strategies to be adopted for the
• recovery of non-performing loans (so called NPLs) arising from acquisitions/corporate divestments;
• identification of the main issues related to recovery and potential risks;
• daily use and implementation of the client company's internal management software.
