  • Led a team of 7 professionals and was responsible for focusing on international attractiveness, recruitment of MBA, development of internship programs, trainee and implementation of international short and long term programs. Main responsibilities:
  • Internalization of recruitment and selection process (definition of job description, implementation of competency based interview, definition compensation proposals according to specific business segment, admission). Also led the international attractiveness strategy and developed partnership with the career centers of the best universities in the USA. As a result, the company achieved an increase of 50% of brand awareness.
  • Implementation of international development programs for leaders and employees from Brazil, USA, Europe and other Latin American countries. The implementation included the definition of a comprehensive policy of benefits and career tracking of more than 50 professionals in the areas, supporting the internationalization strategy.
  • Redefinition of MBA sponsorship policy, whereas eligibility of sponsored, internal selection process and scope of the sponsorship, generating a cost reduction by approximately 30% without affecting the number of participants of the programs Redefinition of the Trainee Program (focused on undergraduate students of the best universities of Brazil) achieving 90% of retention, which included: identification of competencies and skills of approx. 100 trainees per year, implementation of behavioral and technical training to guarantee the development of the future organizational leadership; performance evaluation process.
  • Responsible for the corporate internship program for approximately 1000 interns (T&D and performance processes) and hired more than 1000 interns throughout Brazil to work in the branches.
