As criminal lawyer, I regularly assist domestic and foreign clients in various aspects of Corporate Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Tax Crimes, Environmental Crimes, Compliance Issues, Protection of Trademarks and Patents, AML.

I provide in-court and out-of-court assistance for business crimes matters (both as plaintiff and defendant); draft of legal opinions with reference to criminal law, criminal ramifications and compliance (among others Leg. Decree no.Internal1), Internal investigations also under the Italian Code of Criminal Procedure on behalf of national and multinational companies.

• Together with my brother, I am President of the Carlo Giacobbe Award: the project in honor of my father that proposes to students of high schools in the province of Savona the production of an essay or of other forms of artistic expressions focused on a topic of social significance chose by the Scientific Committee.
• I illustrated and edited a book for children.
• Volunteering with the Association Libera (names and numbers against mafia): attending camps in Polistena (2013) and Lentini (2014)
