• Managed a change management process to support staff in the international phase
• Introduced and enhanced transparency in financial communication
• Coordinated international Cash Pooling strategy and OECD tax compliance
• Reduced department costs by 30% over 5 years
• Lead the procedure for listing the company on Milan's Stock Exchange
• Build a Group of professionals in AFC area of great ability, intervening both in the technical and aptitude aspects

For the companies of the Group, I held the roles in various Boards of Directors, being Vice President of the Holding company and in other 9 Boards of Directors (both in Italy and abroad) as Chairman or Director.
