Acquired Skills
During the Stage at the Teatro Nuovo in Milan, alongside the assistant director and stage director of the shows, I learned the management and drafting of documents such as Ordine del Giorno, Ordine Delle Prove, and Show Report. During this period, I acquired basic knowledge to manage changes and notes on script and for the management of technical scene movements. Finally, I affirmed my technique in basic tailoring, assisting the Costume Designer Lella Diaz in the dress rehearsals of the Artists and quick changes during the shows.
Transversal Skills
Over the years, after being confronted with different experiences in theater and everyday life, I consider myself as an extremely sensitive and empathetic person. Thanks to this aspect of my character I can perceive the emotional state of those around me, managing to deal with a certain situation in the most serene and suitable way. Moreover, by participating in the staging of different types of shows, I was able to confirm my ability to adapt to the most varied situations, also from an organizational point of view, in a precise way. The ability to listen and observe my surroundings, combined with my passion for the world of theater, has led me to approach more and more the human side within a work such as Stage Management, with the aim of finding a social and practical balance, essential for the success of the artistic project.
