Main Responsibilities:

• Led a team of software developers and data scientists, mentoring junior talent and supporting career growth while contributing to tech recruitment within the Edison Digital Department.
• Managed Agile and Waterfall projects in cross-functional teams (business, ICT, data, system integrators), reporting directly to stakeholders and ensuring delivery.
• Defined technical projects roadmaps, prioritized initiatives through business cases, and planned releases to meet deadlines and validate KPIs.

Key Achievements:

• Delivered 40+ AI/ML applications across domains: predictive maintenance, computer vision (drones & robotics), customer analytics, algorithmic trading, explainable and Generative AI.
• Defined Generative AI strategy, developed 6 GenAI applications and 2 agentic frameworks, and built the roadmap for 2024 and 2025.

Main Responsibilities:

• Designed and developed end-to-end ML/AI solutions for industrial applications, including anomaly detection for assets (e.g., wind turbines, compressors), time series forecasting for energy markets, and optimization algorithms for plant operations.
• Explored and prototyped emerging technologies, such as blockchain/Web3 for carbon footprint tracking, computer vision and edge computing for real-time monitoring, and transformer-based deep learning models for forecasting.
• Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders, delivering explainable AI insights and ensuring business alignment through technical documentation, demos, and strategic discussions.
• Integrated solutions into production pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability through DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows, in coordination with software and IT teams.

• Experimental and numerical analysis of hydrogen fuel cells for automotive applications. Main outcome published on Journal of Power Sources (Elsevier).
