  • Negotiate purchasing conditions with suppliers to secure competitive terms and drive profitability.
  • Oversee supplier integration, ensuring seamless onboarding and alignment with product and business strategies.
  • Analyze sales data, revenue trends, and margin performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct market research to track competitor pricing and trading behaviors, identifying opportunities to enhance competitive positioning.

  • Develop and execute the pricing structure for the Italian market, from the creation of price lists to customer segmentation and promotional campaign.

  • Monitor and evaluate variations of industrial costs, wholesale and retail market, sell-out prices to end-users and competitiveness.
