Led quality management division at Mirafiori Plant, focusing on new projects, continuous improvement, operational quality and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Quality pillar activities.

• Monitor and launched in production improvement projects related to product-process, acquiring budget, executing and resulting in warranty claim reduction and increasing customer satisfaction
• Successfully managed team of 10 white-collar and 30 blue-collar professionals, maintaining high standard of quality in production of over 650,000 units annually, managing modification and transformation reducing warranty 50% in 4 years.

Drove continuous improvement and project quality initiatives for engines, both diesel and gasoline, demonstrating exceptional project management skills during 1.5-year stint in Brazil, overseeing launch activities of Global Small Engine project.
