• Responsible for monitoring and achieving Quality KPIs (through the use of WCM tools)
• Definition and management (APQP methodology) of the most complex projects (from the development of new materials to the characterization of the Seat Covers)
• Risk analysis (P/D-FMEA) with the aim of promptly identifying the best solutions to problems from a preventive perspective
• Coordination of development activities up to the sharing of the PPAP with Customers and Suppliers
• Responsible for the Maintenance of the QMS (Quality Management System) in terms of Certifications in the automotive and aeronautical sector (ISO 9001 - IATF - ISO14001 - ISO9100)
• Periodic verification (Audit) of primary and support processes using PA and VDA6.3 methodology

Automotive: Production of Safety Components

• Ensure PPAP to Customers in accordance with the specific requirements (CSR) of Tier1-N and Car-Maker
• Management of Customer Complaints
• mangement of analysis and resolution of the causes that generated the Complaints through WCM projects (8D - Hishikawa - 5Why)
• Evaluations of Internal Performance Quality through statistical process control (SPC) techniques

Automobile Manufacturing - Product Development

• Support for the definition of product performance
• Managing of development through Benchmark evaluation.
• Analysis of market data (NCBs - Consumer Report - JDPower) and internal quality data (Warranty Costs) in order to guide the design towards the most performing solutions
• Responsible for coordinating the Product Development Team (E&D - Product - Style) in order to achieve the desired performance

Automobile Manufacturing - Product Development

• Definition of product KPIs based on Benchmark analyses
• Team Manager of testers for the evaluation of vehicle performances during the product development phases

Automobile Manufacturing - Product Improvement

• Responsible for Product Quality Improvement in terms of perceived quality (NCBs-QT) and warranty costs (CMU/R-100)
• Responsible for the effectiveness of the improvement activities at the Suppliers and on the Assembly Plant (WCM tools)
