As an R&D designer and Project leader, I was responsible for the conception, design, prototyping and production of new products and performed laboratory tests. I created technical drawings, bills of materials, instruction manuals and technical documentation.

As Technical Manager and Project Leader, I was responsible for the conception, design, prototyping and production of new products and performed laboratory tests. I created technical drawings, bills of materials, instruction manuals and technical documentation.

As Technical Manager I managed a junior mechanical designer, a designer and a laboratory technician.

As Project Manager I was responsible for the conception, design, prototyping and production of new products. I created technical drawings, bills of materials, instruction manuals and technical documentation.

I collaborated with the Production Manager for process optimization and with the Sales Manager for the development of new products.

I was involved in the mechanical design of various products commissioned by customers including: domestic oven, down-draft hood, pizza oven, automatic pizza machine, sunbed, label printer. I interfaced directly with customers to define the project and created prototypes.
For two years I was involved in the design of an experimental condensing boiler using a cogenerating Stirling engine on behalf of ELCO spa

I started as a mechanical designer under the technical manager, industrialising some products. Later I became a project leader, developing new products and bringing them to series production.

I followed the development of products and assisted production with lean process issues.

I was employed in the R&D department and followed the development of some products (refrigerated displays) for a large supermarket chain.
