• Designed and programmed PLC/HMI for full-from-scratch aerospace demonstration cell.
• Integrated KUKA aerospace robot and cobots as slaves to master PLC control.
• Designed and validated safety system per collaborative robotics and aerospace standards.
• Coordinated rotating table and peripheral automation integration with Leonardo, KUKA, and CIM4.0.

Voestalpine (Netherlands) – AMG_BR59X Housing Cover Production Cell Automation Engineer – Siemens S7-1200/1500, WinCC, ABB robots, IFM vision, dot peen marker

• Developed complete PLC/HMI control, robot communications, and vision/marker integration for plasma welding cell.
• Configured PROFINET/TCP-IP networking, recipe handling, OEE and shift-based KPI displays.
• Created I/O lists, IP plans, and test protocols; led FAT and commissioning at CAM.

Renault – T2 “Appui Cric” & “Traversa” Welding Cell Automation Engineer – System Integration – Keyence IV3 AI vision, Serra MFC nut welding, multi-robot cell

• Integrated nut welding machine and AI vision cameras into 4-robot cell with rotating trommel table.
• Updated PLC/HMI logic for new devices, model selection, and sequencing.
• Designed poke-yoke error-proofing system to prevent assembly mistakes.
• Led onsite commissioning, FAT/SAT, and delivery to client.

• Reduced downtime by conducting regular preventive maintenance on critical equipment and systems.
