I hold a degree in Biophysics and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in bioinformatics. With a solid grasp of Python, MATLAB, and R, I am adept at handling intricate data, including Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data. I have created Python code to analyze Acoustic Force Spectroscopy and developed a MATLAB simulation for drug interaction studies.
I also have experience handling significant NGS data using Python, R and Bash. This expertise highlights my analytical mindset and my ability to solve problems effectively. My aspiration to excel as a Product Specialist in Genomics makes me a strong candidate. I bring a keen understanding of scientific concepts along with the capacity to communicate them clearly. My dedication to clear thinking and problem-solving will greatly contribute to the role.
