As the Global Talent Attraction Lead for Europe West, I act as a point of contact for regional recruitment team members and leadership, and work closely with them to ensure consistency in workforce planning activities. I also support the global talent attraction team in developing and implementing innovative and effective strategies and programs to attract, engage, and retain top talent for EY.
As Global Talent Attraction Lead for Italy I work in partnership with regional recruitment leadership and regional Talent Acquisition teams to address in plan recruitment and future strategic growth priorities. I act as a POC for regional recruitment (talent acquisition) team members and leadership. I also work closely with the business, collaborating to drive consistency in workforce planning activities and acting as a key interface point for these stakeholders to the Global Talent Attraction team.
