I do like sailing because is about experience freedom on the the smoothness of the water, it is about mental and physical skills and challenges with mother nature plus you get to meet fellow sailors from all over the world with their stories to share.
Scuba diving instead, takes you into another world, the silent one beneath the waves. You wear a tank, breathe through a regulator, and descend; with the neutral buoyancy, it’s like being an astronaut in a liquid cosmos. Furthermore, meeting marine life and exploring underwater wrecks is a thrill of discovery of our history and the aquatic biodiversity.
For me both offer a break from the ordinary, a chance to connect with nature and myself.
