• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations and maintenance activities comply with international, national, and company environmental, health, and safety regulations (e.g., SOLAS, MARPOL).
• Pollution Prevention: Oversee procedures for fuel transfer, oil and bilge water, and ensure compliance with pollution prevention regulations.
