• Manage the labour migration cluster of ITCILO.

• Provide technical advice and training inputs on labour migration in various training sessions organized by external institutions.
• Teach within master programs at various universities on labour migration governance and international legal frameworks.
• Collaborate with research institutes and provide technical inputs for research studies on migration.

Key Achievements:

• Set up the labour migration cluster at ITCILO.
• Negotiated and implemented a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
• Trained more than 10,000 ILO constituents in the field of labour migration.
• Implemented over 300 training activities.
• Developed and implemented the Labour Migration Academy (LMA), the ILO's flagship capacity-building activity in labour migration and a globally recognized training on migration.
• Raised approximately $1 million USD annually for the ITCILO.
• Developed key training modules used globally.
• Developed a network of international experts and partners across all regions.
• Developed a comprehensive capacity-building strategy on labour migration in line with the ILO's strategy on labour migration.
• Managed a team of 4 ITCILO staff and 5-8 regular external collaborators/service providers.
• Managed budgets effectively, prioritizing resource allocation for maximum impact on programme goals

• Assisted the Chief of Cooperation in the overall management of the EU Technical Cooperation (TC) portfolio in Algeria.
• Assisted the Chief of Cooperation in relations with EU member states regarding coordination and coherence on TC among EU Member States.
• Backstopped a 75 million Euro project on Access to Employment and Vocational Training for Youth.
• Collaborated on the implementation of the EU cultural festival organized by the EU Delegation in collaboration with EU member states.

• Contributed to the smooth relations between the EU delegation and EU member states on TC projects.
• Contributed to the smooth implementation of EU projects in Algeria.
• Contributed to the implementation of the EU cultural festival, open to the public and organized yearly by the Delegation.
