I manage and organize various online communities with a wide range of interpersonal and culture differences. These range from small groups of 5-7 people to 20-30 people all coming from different backgrounds, ages and continents. Over time, and through my own mistakes, i have come to realize the importance of making sure that people feel both heard and understood in terms of maintaining group cohesion in the long term. 

When engaging with my creative writing groups I enjoy striving to make sure that everyone feels like they are included and participatory in our communal story and remain engaged in the community over time. 

In other settings such as video games I help manage a goals orientated group of 20-30 individuals, with my roles being that of strategizer and coordinator along with helping others to reach their full potential, either through mentoring or just increasing overall morale.
