- I worked to create the whole department in the company, before 2021 there was no Technical Support Department.
- In 2021 We begin with my self and 2 other colleague in the office with 6 software engineers abroad, in this moment we are 10 colleagues in the office with 15 software engineers abroad.
- Installed all the procedures and the operational way of work to make it smooth and automatic.
- We decreased the escalations from the costumer to our board members from 50 escalation per year to no more than 5 escalation per year.

- For the After Sales Market we put a strategies to be able to develop all the electrical and software upgrade for the new and old machines.
