  • I worked to create the whole department in the company, before 2021 there was no Technical Support Department.
  • In 2021 We begin with my self and 2 other colleague in the office with 6 software engineers abroad, in this moment we are 10 colleagues in the office with 15 software engineers abroad.
  • Installed all the procedures and the operational way of work to make it smooth and automatic.
  • We decreased the escalations from the costumer to our board members from 50 escalation per year to no more than 5 escalation per year.
  • For the service Market we success to support our costumers worldwide.
  • For the service Market we support our engineers on each installation and commissioning around the world.
  • For the After Sales Market we put a strategies to be able to develop all the electrical and software upgrade for the new and old machines.
  • For the After Sales Market we provide solutions and ideas for new upgrade on the machines.
  • For th After Sales Market we support our costumers worldwide for any issue that they have on their machines.
  • Developed the tools and the ways to have an efficient remote support worldwide with ticketing system and remote connection to our machines.
