• Lead AU and PAS procedures: end‑to‑end management of Autorizzazione Unica (AU) and Procedura Abilitativa Semplificata (PAS), including document preparation, filing, monitoring of timelines, handling requests for integrations, and securing final authorizations.
• Interface with authorities and stakeholders: structured engagement with Municipalities, Regional departments, Superintendencies, ARPA, Fire Brigade, Basin Authorities, and other competent bodies; organize and attend technical meetings and conference of services, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Support construction project management during the transition to execution, collaborating with construction teams, reviewing construction packages, ensuring fulfillment of permitting conditions (prescriptions) and site mobilization requirements.

Responsible for the full lifecycle management of Photovoltaic, Agrivoltaic, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the on‑time delivery of all development and pre‑construction objectives.
