• Additionally, I offered comprehensive consultancy services to companies, crafting tailored four-year plans for the procurement of server and storage equipment, and implementing VMware infrastructure
• I ensured flawless functionality and performance through rigorous testing, delivering fully operational systems to clients
• Throughout the contractual period, I provided unwavering support, acting as their reliable point of contact during the seamless implementation stages.

• As a senior infrastructure technician, I was responsible for VDI services and infrastructure related to it
• This encompassed managing two thousand and four hundred VDesktops, fifty VServers, and seven Datacenters across different geographical points, featuring numerous servers and storage
• Additionally, I was involved in various IT projects, including application delivery (APP Volume), user profile management, data replication between DataCenters, and off-site backup
• All my tasks adhered to the ITIL model.

• As the Technical Infra Lead, I held a crucial position in supporting, maintaining, and developing a robust and reliable IT infrastructure for SayeSaman's vast geographical network, including multiple branches, each with its Datacenter
• My responsibilities extended to designing, establishing, developing, and operating Datacenters, Backup Solutions, Virtualization, and Storage for both the SayeSaman headquarters and its 22 branches.

• As the Technical Infra Lead, I was entrusted with critical responsibilities, including service maintenance, Microsoft service support, and managing the SAP service's basic hardware and network requirements
• My expertise extended to overseeing the network infrastructure, consisting of numerous ESXI hosts, vCenter 6.0 (HA, FT, SNMP, DRS, Storage, network configuration, etc.), Network Switches, SAN Switches, Storages, and Tape Library, spread across three geographical locations in Iran.
