HR Partner for Technology department:

• Maintain relationships with BU Lead to identify hiring needs, to give guidance, coaching and support to resolve ambiguous situations and issues;
• Daily relationships with Edenred employees to strengthen them, measure their engagement and understand their needs related to their individual career paths;
• Launch of a caring program for new hires in order to facilitate their integration into the company;
• Organization projects for local roles (job title and job description redefinition and talent mapping);
• Data analysis and KPI monitoring to provide reports to business stakeholders;
• Plan medium to long-term recruiting activities and running of recruitment activities across recruitment agencies;
• Conducting evaluation interviews (Predictive Index Practitioner);
• Employer branding initiatives and project management aimed at positioning Edenred as a technological player;
• Workday platform user.

• Actively sourcing candidates using company databases and Social Recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Monster, Almalaurea);
• Conducting phone interviews to assess candidates’s experience and motivation with a focus on the following areas: Java, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation;
• Monitoring and managing the entire selection process (presenting candidates to the hiring manager, organizing interviews, formulating and presenting offerss, preparing documentation and employment contracts, activating internships);
• Participating in employer branding activities such as career days (company presentations and speed interviews) and other career guidance initiatives.
