Company Overview: This project aims to improve the performance of superconducting quantum bits (Qubit) and cryogenic detectors by proposing innovative coating solutions to mitigate errors induced by residual radioactivity (Qubit) and simplify hardware assembly regarding particle detectors
Part of the work thus includes the application of HiPIMS (High impulse magnetron sputtering), MS (Magnetron Sputtering) and PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) deposition techniques
