  • Opened the Israeli market and supplied all cement customers in the country.
  • Acquired new customers and consolidated business with the existing ones as direct Sales Manager (in Italy, Cyprus, Tunisia, Algeria) and Supervisor of local teams (France, Germany, Switzerland, Slovenia, South Africa and neighbour countries). Supported the local CADD teams in Turkey and Egypt.
  • Implemented Public Relations activities at national and international conferences and seminars of the cement sector (Intercem, WCA meetings, AICCE-AUCBM, VDZ), at the Mapei Cement Academy (of which I have been one of the creators) and at customers visits in our HQ in Milano.
  • Built strong networking at transversal levels (from top management to mill operators or laboratory technicians).
  • Supported the Concrete Admixtures team in their lauch in the Israeli market.
