Managed all design phases as Design Manager at Kharoufa Housing, including site research, neighbourhood analysis, conceptual design, design estimation, and final design delivery.

I worked with the Mr. General Head of the Defence attaché just on his arrival to Italy; as part-time job my duty was:

Appointed as architect to oversee project planning and design for the new headquarters.

Sourced and secured residences for Head of mission and diplomatic military in Rome, ensuring suitable accommodations for operational needs.

• Assisting in preparing the new headquarters and the accommodations in refurbishments and furnishing works

• Assisting in the phase of pre-opening, supporting the new team in establishing the new system between the Italian Defence Ministry and their Offices in Qatar

• Creating a database administrative information program and contact list for the attaché

• Realise the system of scheduling appointments and meetings between the two ministries both physically or cyber meetings.
