Green Field Expansion Project - On-going.  


Major Activites - Managing the project as per the mile-stones according to the time  schedule, with-in-budget and safe execution of the project through out the project life  cycle; Managing the procurement, manufacturing and shipment activities inline with  the scope of supply wthin the quality limits; Planning and executing the site  management activites for seamless flow of work during erection/commissioning of the  plant.  


2. NEW MELTSHOP AND CCM REVAMPING FOR EXISTING STEELMAKING PLANT - EGYPT  Duration - 2021 - 2024. 

Green and Brown Field Projects - Successfully  Completed. 


Major Activities - Managing a portfolio projects and related resources to ensure client  engagement through project plans, schedules, project tracking, budget and resource  allocation, Gantt charts, and workload analysis in order to lead to successful  completion of project.

Brown Field Project - Successfully  Completed.
