Who I am:
I am a person with a strong passion for continuous improvement and quality. I am fluent in Italian and English. Although I currently live in an environment where English is not frequently used, I can understand and speak it well. I am confident that with a few months of consistent practice, I can achieve an even higher level of fluency.

In the past, I attended a design course, but unfortunately, I was unable to complete it due to work-related reasons. However, this experience allowed me to develop a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset, which I now apply to my approach to quality.

I have developed strong skills in quality management, working in dynamic and multicultural environments where I learned the importance of effective communication and collaboration within international teams.
