

I worked as a Night Receptionist for around two years at Hotel Le Mura and Hotel Tiferno. During this role, I managed guest check-ins and check-outs, handled reservations, answered customer requests, and ensured the safety and smooth operation of the hotel during night shifts. I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working independently and handling responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
I also helped prepare and set up breakfast service for guests in the morning.
