Since 2005 I manage the small family accommodation facility with my parents for which I mainly deal booking management, reception and problem solving. Always careful to the customers needs and available to provide information on the facility, local festivals, places to visit etc.

I actually work as assistant in a bar restaurant, with permanent contract, where I carry out tasks such as bar and self-service restaurant duties, kitchen help, cooking breakfast pastries, preparing savoury dishes (sandwiches, salads, cold dishes and desserts), washing dishes and small warehouse management.

School canteen assistant with duties of cook help, food service to pupils and teachers, cleaning canteen room.

Press office, export and social media manager at family-run wine estate “La Piotta" by Padroggi Luigi e Figli for which I took care of the image and communication to the local and national press and food&wine events where the company participated, such as Vinitaly, Wine&Siena etc. in addition to taking care of the foreign trade of the company's wines and the management of the social networks Facebook and Instagram.
Thanks to this job I was often in contact with costumers even in particular situations such as events and fairs where it is necessary to respond to needs without loosing calm and lucidity. Over the years I have given constant support to the company for the events organization.

Consultant and press office manager for the leading Lambrusco wine company “Ceci 1938” for which I took care of image and communication to the local and national press and food&wine events such as Vinitaly, Cibus etc. For Ceci I also updated the website www.lambrusco.it
During this period I worked with the sales and marketing managers for pr campaigns and for advertising campaigns and I took part in the organization of events.

Partner to the "Freelance" associated journalism agency that operated in institutional and corporate public communication and in the promotion of food&wine events, concerts, cultural festivals, entertainment and conferences.
During that time I personally took care of the press office of the municipalities in the Senese Chianti area (Castellina in Chianti, Castelnuovo Berardenga, Gaiole in Chianti and Radda in Chianti), as consultant for communication and coordination of the associated service, and in the municipality of Greve in Chianti, for which I also took care of the production and publication of journalistic content in the "News" area of the institutional website www.comune.greve-in-chianti.fi.it
During this activity, I organized several cultural and food&wine events.

Receptionist in furniture store "Sacchini Arreda" in Poggibonsi during the weekend.

In this job I managed costumers calls, welcoming, taking care of reception area to give a good impression to visitors, costumers and suppliers requests, problem solving.

In this period I also took part as a stand holder in two editions of the Salone del Mobile in Florence.

I love children and since I was twenty I have been a baby-sitter in my free time for children from two months to five years old. A job that requires patience, calm, inventiveness and empathy and that has given me a lot of satisfaction.
