As Innovation Lead, my job is to identify opportunities and rapidly pilot new initiatives, technologies, business lines, and operations. I own every stage of a new Innovation, from data analysis, opportunity identification, design & scoping, reporting, and when the initiative is passing its impact-gates, full team leadership and management and P&L ownership. Some of the work I have done includes:


  • Insurance Product Ownership: Managed a cross-functional team for this top company priority, working daily with Product, Engineering, Data, Clinical Operations, Sales and Finance to transition product offering and business model to support insurance; achieved objective within three months, massively exceeding KPI; responsible for assessing risks in insurance offering and regulation, reported to company leadership and stakeholders and owned mitigation strategy; now accounts for 40% of all visits (10% in 2024)
  • Continuing Education Credit Program: Identified, developed, and launched continuing education credit program as key revenue driver and retention offering for customers; leveraged communication and marketing channels for GTM strategic launch; managed P&L and improved efficiency by 50% YoY
  • Clinical Operations Efficiency & Innovation: Owned margins and operational efficiency on Clinical team, improved margins by 40%age points in 3 months
  • Patient Success Team: Built and owned first patient focused team to drive revenue from bookings; increased patient bookings by 18% YoY

  • Acted as General Manager of the product, over time hired and managed team of 4 in product, sales, and support to drive growth of the offering
  • Platform was responsible for 30% of revenue-driving placements through product in first year


(3) Led international expansion, including competitive data modeling and evaluation to determine impact and effectively balance supply and demand levers

  • Developed and grew on-the-ground strategic partnerships in key expansion countries to support operational launch and community engagement
  • Led cross-functional project group including legal, operations, and finance to define and execute on expansion strategy to countries in Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Africa
