Over the years, I have developed strong expertise in customs operations, with hands-on experience in managing complex export procedures, preparing and verifying all required documentation (EUR1, ATR, CMR, certificates of origin and dual-use licenses), maintaining daily contact with customs brokers and freight forwarders.

• Coordination of international deliveries organizing all stages of goods transportation: from origin to final destination.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure all operations comply with domestic and international customs and trade regulations, including duties, tariffs, and trade restrictions.
• Documentation management of export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, letters of credit, certificates of origin, DAU, EUR1, ATR, customs declarations, and Intrastat reports.
• Customs and freight liaison, maintaining daily contacts with freight forwarders, customs brokers and banks to facilitate clearance and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Cross-functional support, closely collaboratation with colleagues, sales, purchasing, logistics, and finance departments to optimize flows and reduce delivery times.
• Stay always informed about changes in customs laws, trade agreements, and import/export requirements.
• Purchase order managing, entry and and scheduling in SAP, preparation of shipping and sales documents
• Creation of detailed sales reports and margin analysis for sales agents using advanced Excel tools.
• Logistics providers coordination to ensure smooth shipping operations and accurate invoicing.
• Payments monitoring, negotiation of payment plans with clients, handling of overdue accounts in collaboration with the legal and finance departments of HQ.
• Managing of dealer portfolio for GASGAS, HQV, and FELT brands, from initial offer to post-sales support, including on-site visits.
• Since 2024 I served as Key Account, acting as liaison between Austrian headquarters and Italian sales agents, planning strategic actions to achieve sales targets and optimizing dealers network performance.
