My responsibilities consist of welcoming and identifying the patient, carrying out the requested examination using the dedicated radiological machine using the best possible technique, and sending the radiological examination to the PACS system (printing of the x-ray film upon request). I also had the task of carrying out quality checks, reporting any malfunctions of the radiological equipment.
I managed Continued Professional Development (CPD) to stay up-to-date on current industry developments and technology advancements. and I also have coached and mentored junior radiographers, optimising wider team performance and productivity.
My working hours are 36 per week divided into morning, afternoon and night shift.

My responsibilities were to welcome and identify the patient, enter his/her personal data into the database, carry out the requested test using the best possible technique, send the test to PACS and deliver it on CD-Rom (the printout of the image with x- Ray film only on request).
