Purchase Order Management:

-Release Purchase Orders to 3rd party suppliers according to sourcing and fulfillment instructions defined by the global Category Managers and within quality and time constraints for complex materials (scarce material, consignment stocks, sub-contracting, multi-source material)

-Track and follow up closely Purchase Orders deliveries to ensure security of supply

Issue Resolution:

-Manage availability issue resolution in coordination (includes influencing and convincing) with requesters, category managers and vendors

-Coordinate delivery and quality non conformities in relation with respective stakeholders

-Support investigation of root cause analysis on invoice non conformities

-Support the timely follow-up on planning, quality and accounts payable escalations ensuring appropriate commercial relations with the supply base.

People management, Stakeholder management

-Provide support for Junior colleagues

Build constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams

-Communicates relevant information within Procurement and other Givaudan functions

-Identify the best source of supply for small machine parts (quality, pricing, lead time) for ourcustomers. Later working on generator, hardware. and bucket scope.
- Create RFQs, make award decisions and launch the qualification of
suppliers.
- Negotiate and idenfity cost saving opportunities
- Support critical outages, daily proactive communication with Buyers and Order Management Team
- Working together with Engineering Team on obsolete parts to find possible replacements.
-Working together with Commodity Leaders to obtain cost savings
-Establish supply chains for new items
-Working on lean projects

-Asisstance for the Supply Chain Specialist Team
-ERP Data base update
-Team support at global level
-Helpingto introduce new systems and processes
