In my current position, I lead and manage a 4-people team in charge of partnering (with) and advising the relevant internal stakeholders on the main regulatory and legal issues relating to the business development.

As part of the role, I am charged of running the Company's litigation on network deployment and regulatory matters:

• formulating and executing on complex litigation strategy in relation to hundreds of cases, across civil, administrative and criminal Italian jurisdictions;
• partnering and coordinating with other legal teams, regulatory and network deployment teams, external affairs and communication colleagues, executives and directors;
• managing relationships with outside counsels to assess the best strategies, and with a material oversight on costs;
• providing legal advice across civil, public and regulatory law matters, with a particular focus on assessing legal and litigation risk relating to network deployment, wholesale agreements and regulatory matters;
• assessing legal risks and timely advising on them the Company's leadership team
• fostering authentic business partnership with internal stakeholders and active listening to the business needs, as essential prerequisite for setting a winning strategy across key areas and for keeping a risk based approach.

As an associate Lawyer, I had the chance to assist and advice many and relevant companies on civil and public law matters, gaining a strong experience - among others - in the following areas:

• Civil and administrative litigation: assisting private and public companies in a significant docket of complex litigation before civil and administrative Italian jurisdiction on civil, public and regulatory law matters;
• Electronic communications law and regulations: installation of electronic communications networks and of transnational submarine cables, Golden Power on electronic communication networks and services, PNRR and digital infrastructures.

• Effectively managed caseloads, adhering to strict deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provided legal research and legal technical content, contributing valuable insights.
• Ensured compliance with court deadlines, efficiently managing the litigation calendar.
• Proactively participated in client meetings.
• Collaborated with senior attorneys for effective case strategy development, driving positive outcomes before civil and administrative jurisdictions.
