I am Paolo Barillari a graduate Winemaker in Enology and Viticulture, with 14 years of experience in Italy, Canada, New Zealand, France and Australia. I have excellent understanding of all winery and vineyard tasks. I am an easy going person, with excellent planning, management and communication skills. I have a strong spirit of self-commitment, initiative and good relationship skills in changing environments. I am competent not only with all the harvest activities but also with lab analysis, clarification, filtration systems, blending choices and preparation for bottling. I worked many vintages as an assistant winemaker and production winemaker in several international wine region. In my last employe experience, I managed all the decisions regarding the production processes of our estate and personnel management.

My experiences as a viticulturist strengthen my knowledges and inspire me to pursue a more in-depth understanding of the vinification process. During my working experience I had the opportunity to discover many styles of production around the world, from the international varieties to the small Italian appellation varieties. I am very interested in organic viticulture and sustainable development systems.
