Business partner work side by side with business to facilitate requirements
collection, model design, implementation and post live activities.

I'm following Haier Europe Aftersales business area for White Goods and HVAC coordinating all initiatives linked to digital technology platforms such as ERP, B2B/B2C, CRM, etc..; my areas of competence are mostly on sales and distribution but during last years I've improved knowledge about operations, logistics, planning and marketing aspects of Aftersales business. My role consist on:

  • Provide outstanding service to all individuals, promoting effective, and lasting business relationships.
  • Facilitate change management processes during organizational restructuring efforts, ensuring smooth transitions for affected employees.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives, resulting in significant reduction in operational expenses.
  • Prepare and present reports on status of projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders for improved collaboration and strategic alignment.
  • Optimize team performance by providing continuous feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.

I've been fully involved into main Haier Europe digital transformations programs during last years on Aftersales business area regarding ERP (SAP S/4 Hana adoption) and B2B/B2C (Agora/Salesforce implementation) transformation. I also follow applications maintenance with support of internal and external group of works.

In Capgemini I was able to follow several customers industries on digital technologies initiatives related to SAP programs (ECC, S/4 HANA). I started my career as consultant and ended up as manager where I had opportunity for :

  • Mentored junior consultants, fostering professional growth and development through continuous learning. I've been also internal leader for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD module) area for Capgemini Italy.

  • Enhanced client satisfaction by providing tailored strategies and solutions for their specific needs.


I followed several initiatives on main industries such as Automotive and Manufacturing on international players (i.e. Ducati, Lamborghini, Whirlpool, Haier) helping my customers on enhancing their processes and ERP platform.

During these years I developed strong communication skills and competence on supply chain area understanding companies and system best practices, which then I supported on implementation E2E (from Design to System usage).

I've been involved into SAP Area where I had opportunity to learn application of SAP ERP business into several industries such as Fashion, Manufacturing, Retail on international players (i.e. Valentino, Corneliani, Aligroup, Artemide). I followed projects, system enhancements and application maintenance on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module but exploring also others area such as Material Management (MM) and Logistic Execution (LE).

Working on a dynamic environment like consultancy helped me on building strong soft skills capabilities and learn how to work in team having common goals and structuring best practices for day by day job tasks.

  • Develop comprehensive documentation for solution design specifications, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders at all stages of project lifecycle.

This experience helped me on understanding better the GAP among university studies and real business world, and it was something that I really enjoyed as initial step of my work career.
