My objective is to help people, through physical activities, to improve through the body also the mind and the spirit. Training has to involve all the spheres: physical, psychic, social, trying to keep together the physical and the mental aspects. For me training a person means helping them to be stronger, more coordinated, more flexible, tougher, and more persistent in facing his/her limits tying to overcome them, and at the same time helping them to socialize and have fun during the training. To strengthen the body and the spirit at the same time according to a lifestyle that respects yourself and the others. I train the person and not only the body because the one depends on the other.
