Technical assistant – application specialist:Handling of technical service requests by assigning them to labcollaborators and assisting them with the related technical analysis;drafting of the final report; Sometimes issues require a modificationof the application process. (Hair-pin specialist)

UL specialist: Today, certification is critical. In this role I oversee following the ULpart such as inspection visits but also of supporting the customer inthe various requests for EIS adoption. In addition to UL, I also dealwith EN 45545, managing the relationship between the internal andexternal laboratory.

KEY-user Platform - commercial technical support:all the requests of the technical service are inserted in a softwareand must be satisfied in short times; the constant training to thetechnicians and salesmen allows a good and efficient collaboration.

Product specialist and Prj manager:Since 2003 I have been working with a variety of products that serveas electrical insulation. This knowledge gives me the possibilityto always use the best product or to anticipate the customer'srequirements. In the activities assigned to me, there are also projects dedicated to me personally. The latest one is a B-stage paperapplication for transformers.

I know all types of enamel applications as example by dies, by felts inhorizontal or vertical position and all type of test on copper and aluminiumenamel wire as example Luscher cut-through, Tg Delta Dansk System, break down voltage, mandrel test, heat shock, soldertest.I had also the responsibility for maintenance of the Aumann enamellingmachines.

In addition to the above responsibilities I started to work on quality Control ofraw materials and finished goods.
