As Manager of Customer Success, I'm currently leading a team of 5 Technical Account Manager in my region (Italy and Iberia).
Key responsibilities for the role are:
• Building a new team of Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers,, focusing on providing value to customers immediately post-activation of the Varonis platform.
• Develop customer-centric strategies, mapping the Varonis platform to customer use cases, and supporting with Governance, risk, and compliance challenges.

I managed a team of 6 people: 2 sales engineers for Italy and 4 people for Iberia (1 team leader and 3 sales engineers).
Working close to regional director and VP of sales, I was focusing on improving sales and pre-sales skills and performances; I was also helping sales teams on most critical opportunities and managing strategic meetings with C-level people and business stakeholders.

I was in charge of the Sales Engineer Team for Italy and Iberia managing a team of three Sales Engineer.
