I am currently specializing in Strategic Management at Luiss University and in Management of Energy, Natural Resources and the Environment at NHH, Bergen thanks to a Double Degree program offered by the two institutions. My dream is to work in the sports industry. I am eager to learn and constantly develop new skills and enrich my personal knowledge by working in team in a dynamic environment. In addition, I have always wanted to learn about different cultures to enrich my personal knowledge, thus I would be enthusiastic about working abroad

  • Supported a sustainability research project implemented by the Norwegian football club Sportsklubben Brann at their Eliteserien’s home games at Brann Stadion, Bergen. The project is aimed at the development of effective waste management strategies within football events, and the focus is on changing spectators’ behaviors and integrating more sustainable business models at stadiums.
  • Collaborated with a team of environmental researchers to collect data on waste collection and sorting by spectators.
  • The research project has also been the starting point of my Master Thesis “Key Challenges and Potential Solutions for Implementing Sustainable Business Models at Football Stadiums”

  • Collaborated in the design and development of a leading Italian and European community for the videogame series EA SPORTS FC (formerly EA SPORTS FIFA), currently named WEAREUTITA.
  • Managed 20+ people team and worked on activations with Sky Sport Italia, OneFootball and other leading Sports and eSports entities
  • Experience in managing and developing strategies on various social media, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), Youtube and Twitch
  • Interacted and collaborated with a variety of stakeholders in the Italian and European eSports scenario, including professional players and eSerie A TIM clubs' team managers
  • Coordinated the ideation, organization and production of a charity event with peaks of 30000 simultaneous viewers on Twitch during the lockdown period. The event encompassed the participation of some of the most famous streamers, content creators and even a few Serie A's professional football players. The whole proceeds from the event were donated to the Italian Protezione Civile to support the ones suffering from the pandemic
  • Contributed to the development and growth of the FIFA division of the eSport team Eleven Monkeyz, scouting talent and closely following the team and players in their participation to the FIFA eClub World Cup Online Qualifiers in 2021
