• At the country level, responsible for new product development, legacy systems decommissioning, and driving digital transformation initiatives in compliance with security and privacy standards.
• Currently leading a cross-functional team of over 80 professionals with diverse expertise, including UX, UI, Content, Software Architecture, Genai, QA, and DevOps.
• Key stakeholders include the CEO Italy, VP Segment & Marketing Italy, Sales Director Italy, and PMO Italy. My direct reporting line is to the VP Legal & Regulatory, based in the Netherlands.

• As Director of the Delivery Team, I lead the development of a new search product ecosystem, consolidating multiple legacy systems. The initiative involves over 100 team members across more than five countries and has a total budget of €10M to support over €70M in revenue.
• Oversaw the eCommerce platform migration to unify the technical strategy between the Netherland, Belgian and Italian direct channels, with a project budget of €1M supporting over €10M in revenue.
• Responsible for the maintenance and ongoing development of key local projects, including training platforms, with an annual budget of approximately €4M.
• Introduced and implemented the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Technical Unit Director of one of the five BUs of Altran Italia: project lead in Health, Energy and Industry markets, identification of the technical market trends to address solution and process, single point of contact during the pre-sales activities throughout the Italian territory.

In this period, I had the opportunity to lead multiple projects in a variety of markets. The main customers are: Heinz, CheBanca!, NCR, Banca Fideuram, Bayer, Roche, Zambon, ENI, L’Oréal, DSQuared2, Vodafone, Mondelez.

I began my career as a developer at Vodafone, progressively transitioning into an architectural role before moving into project management.
