Adiacent SpA is a company within the Sesa SpA group focused on creating digital solutions with a strong specialization in e-commerce. Among its projects are some of the most important Italian companies, including Unicredit, Ferrari, Patrizia Pepe, SNAI, Ferrero, Giunti Editore, Industrie Farmaceutiche Menarini, Pinko, Brioni, and others.

After a long collaboration with Skeeller srl, Adiacent SpA decided to acquire it due to its immense value in terms of expertise and execution capabilities.

While working with Adiacent SpA as Head of e-commerce solutions, he directed the most complex e-commerce projects like:

H4A Corp is a startup founded in 2023 with the goal of developing a new frontend technology. The new platform is capable of handling multiple application sources with a multilingual/localizable model, extremely high performance, and is complemented by a highly advanced visual builder.

Starting from 2023, Riccardo managed:

• Founding a new startup
• Directing and developing the whole platform
• Further deepened skills in NextJS and Typescript
• Further deepened skills in web optimization
• Developed a new workflow for decoupled websites development

The project will be most likely released on October 2024 as Open Source both with a free and commercial license.

Skeeller srl was a company mainly focused on e-commerce solutions and consultancy with a strong specialization in Magento (now Adobe Commerce) solutions.

• Directed high complexity e-commerce solutions development and maintenance (+100Mln / YTD online gross revenue)
• Directly managed remote distributed teams (+20 units)
• Directed Skeeller srl R&D and training of new and senior resources
• Developed high scalable systems on Kubernetes Architecture
• Contributed to Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento) with several modules (mostly focused on security) now part of AdobeCommerce itself
• Spoke in more than 30 public IT events on e-commerce solutions, Domain Driven Design, SOA, scalable architectures, remote team development processes
• Received several public awards from Adobe for contributions, community involvement and platform enhancements
• Developed internal projects for team efficiency
• Wrote the guidelines for the development, team and management best practices

Minus4 is a sole proprietorship founded by Riccardo as an experiment to expand his skills in areas other than e-commerce. The business focuses on developing games for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) using Unity. Although it has never been a primary activity, it has been significant in terms of expanding expertise in various architectural approaches, tackling business challenges in new areas, and developing the ability to devise new strategies based on user behavior.

Over the past two years, Riccardo has worked on four mobile games, publishing two of them with moderate success.

X-Tag is a small company specializing in the design of war simulation systems for recreational purposes. The systems are based on AVR technology with high-precision infrared laser emitters. The onboard technology allows for the simulation of every feature of the real weapon on the toy replica. Following the technological evolution of the platform, X-Tag systems have also been used for military simulations by the Italian Army and some law enforcement agencies for anti-terrorism training.

Riccardo Tempesta's role at X-Tag was:

• Support in the design of the hardware platform
• Programming of AVR microcontrollers
• Design and development of the mobile app
• Design and development of the remote control platform for the equipment
• Design and development of the online gaming system
• Trademark registration and management of legal aspects
• Coordination of promotion

At the end of 2018, Riccardo left his position and the company due to personal reasons and incompatibility with his other work commitments.

IDEALIAGroup srl was a company primarily focused on creating websites, portals, and e-commerce solutions. Founded by the initiative of three partners, it also engaged in the development of hardware and software appliances in the fields of network security and VoIP.
