    Successfully managed and coordinated teams to close important deals, both during tenant representation and owner representation, which a brief summary is:

    PIACENZA: Green Field Sale

  • Built relations both with buyer (Adige SPA) and seller (Marchi Costruzioni) during the course of 2 years;
  • Provided different benchmarkings to help understand the uniqueness of the deal proposed;
  • Negotiated conditions, favourable for both parties, including incentives like sediment or urban planning start;
  • Negotiated price and closed the deal at 7.5 Millions for 40.000 Sqms of land;
  • BRESCIA: Warehouse sale

  • Negotiated conditions for the mandate and acquisition price form the owner (Fabbri il Portatutto);
  • Organized both with local correspondents and my own team, marketing plans and materials;
  • Found the perfect buyer and initiated negotiations;
  • Intervened when the parties tried to cut off the broker and put the sale operation back together;
  • Successfully sold the warehouse at 2.2 Millions for 7.000 Sqms after 8 months (Buyer "Il Telone");
  • PIACENZA: Warehouse Letting

  • Received mandate from Italease (BPL Real Estate) for the sale of a huge industrial building near the A1 Highway of Piacenza;
  • Provided to the owner a deep benchmark and SWOT analysis of the building and the market conditions;
  • Planned the marketing campaign accordingly to maximize the results;
  • Found a nice opportunity with Petrolvalves (Thiessen - Krupp) on the letting side;
  • Negotiated conditions with management to evaluate the possibility of a Lease with promise to buy;
  • Succesfully let the buildng 8.000 sqms + 2.000 sqms of offices for 400.000 €/Year and a promise fo buy it after 4 years signed from both parties
  • MILANO: Industrial Building Sale

  • Worked with the CEO to organize and plan a marketing campaign and process for a new acquisition made on the market;
  • Developed a nice Virtual Tour, with a drone flight, to maximize efficiency of the campaign;
  • Prepared a project of transformation of the building to better show the potential of the asset;
  • Found a potential buyer and started a long and complicated procedure, to allow them to decide, involving a long Technical and Economical Due Diligence which i have supported also on the document acquisition process;
  • Coordinated involved parties to expedite the processes and them closing the deal at 12 Millions for 18.000 Sqms of industrial production facility (Tessiture di Nosate), the buyer was an important Telephone Operator which built a Data Center
  • CREMONA: Logistic Warehouse Letting

  • Organized site visits and marketing strategy for a 45.000 smqs Logistics warehouse;
  • Found different potential tenants, but discarded them all due to a risky disposition;
  • Started negotiations with General Trade / Happy Casa brand, which went really well for the first months;
  • Hit a bump when the actual tenant (it was a sub-lease on the first part) tried to change the agreements;
  • Re-started negotiations with the owner directly, Logicor, to rebuild the deal with the help from the CEO
  • Successfully closed the deal after almost a Year, by finding also a buyer of the building meanwhile (EQT Exeter) thanks to the CEO intervention
  • BERGAMO: Logistic Warehouse Letting

  • After a long and complicated series of meetings and emails, managed to get a mandate from P3 Logistic Parks for the letting of Brignano Gera D'Adda Warehouse;
  • Worked with the owner and the Co-Agent (GVA Redilco) to organize marketing plans and strategy and cooperate in the most efficient way possible;
  • Managed to let, after only 3 Months, closing the deal in the month of August, 12.000 sqms for a yearly rent of around 500.000 €
  • Just to report some other clients i worked with both for relations or by the closing of smaller deals: BRT - ITALTRANS - FERCAM - ESSELUNGA - GIMAR - PROLOGIS.
