Hardware
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.

Set up and/or installation of PC’s for all academic group
Set up of laptop, projector and other AV equipment as requested and booked by academic/management staff.
Set up of equipment such as desktop PC’s, laptop, data projectors, printers, interactive tv for events and other ICT equipment, ensuring that systems are ready for use.
Provide comprehensive technical and systems support service
General technician duties as and when required to help maintain the school network and support the smooth operation of the school’s IT infrastructure.
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements.
Train people in computer and system use.
Develop and maintain in-house web applications, and optimize local web servers.
Administrative Responsibilities
Responsible for stock of and tracking use ICT equipment for academic and administrative use.
Upkeep of ICT filing system, goods received documents etc.
Liason with office equipment service suppliers on servicing issues.
Maintaining safety of cyber security in campus
