As the Lead Part Responsible, I coordinated technical teams of up to 3 junior SQEs in the following activities:

• Root Cause Analysis for issues related to product quality (high-voltage battery / electric motor / inverter)
• Implementation of best practices in product design / simultaneous engineering during pre-series phases and specification definition
• Supplier startup audits such as Run at Rate in pre-series and supplier requalification in series

Activities aimed at final project approval with other company functions (R&D, Purchasing, Production).

As Part Responsible Quality in the Global Battery/High Voltage Quality department at Audi, I was responsible for the following tasks:

• Sampling process (PSW/PPAP) on series production vehicles for the Chinese market.
• Supplier component battery problem-solving in the APAC region.

The activity aimed to take on responsibilities within the battery/electric motor/charging system perimeters upon return to Lamborghini, for the launch of plug-in hybrid vehicle projects.

As SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) in the Engine & Gearbox perimeter, I carried out following tasks:

• Intervention at the supplier in case of repeated non-conformities (layered audit)
• Actively collaborating in laboratory analyses for identifying the root cause of defects
• Reducing defects at the supplier through various quality improvement methods (PDCA)
